Your Opportunity:Greenheck Group is hiring a Human Resource Intern to work from May -August 2024.In this role, you will gain meaningful experience bypartnering with the corporate recruiting department. This position willallow you to impact our business while learning about our company andculture. What you\'ll be doing: Assist with full lifecycle recruitmentefforts, including sourcing, reviewing candidates, interviewing, andworking directly with hiring managers. Research and presentfindings/recommendations on topics such as social media and developmentof talent pools. Assist with communication and engagement efforts acrossa variety of areas. Projects involving candidate experience, collegerecruiting, and streamlining processes. Projects in other departments inHR will be considered. What you should have: Enrollment in a relatedbachelor\'s degree program (Human Resources Management or similar).Previous HR coursework completed. Strong written and verbalcommunication skills. Involvement in student SHRM or similar ispreferred.
