Description

We are offering an exciting short term contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in MECHANICSBURG, Pennsylvania, 17050. The primary function of this role includes calling candidates, conducting phone screens, extending offers, updating the HR system, and scheduling interviews. Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or experience with high-volume outbound sales calls is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to potential candidates and conduct initial phone screening

• Extend job offers to selected candidates as part of the company's hiring process

• Maintain and update the HR system with candidate's information and hiring status

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Utilize skills in Documentation, Hiring Processes, and Corporate Recruiting to ensure effective and efficient recruitment processes

• Adapt to the increase in business and manage multiple recruitments simultaneously

• Uphold the company's values and present a positive image to potential candidates

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve common recruitment goals

• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR recruiting or similar role within Human Resources

• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong decision-making skills

• Proficient in Documentation procedures

• Knowledgeable in Hiring Processes

• Experience in Corporate Recruiting

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field preferred, but not required.
