　　Backing new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

　　Acquiring and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

　　Using digital recruiting resources

　　Leading interviews

　　Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements

　　Overseeing various administrative duties Requirements - Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

　　Full Cycle Recruiting experience desired

　　Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

　　You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platformsHave prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

　　Highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
