Seasoned HR generalist with proven traditional and online recruiting experience sought to join a 50-year-old leader in the information services industry. This position joins a larger HR team and is responsible for leading the recruitment function in attracting and hiring high quality candidates to join our exceptionally talented workforce. This position is based in our Naples, FL office location, including a hybrid arrangement from your home office if desired.

　　In addition to sourcing and onboarding new talent, this position wears many hats in supporting on-site and remote employees who report to our corporate headquarters in Naples, FL. As a member of a larger team, this role actively contributes to team projects for the benefit of all employees. Creating and maintaining a positive employee experience and supporting our culture in being the best for our employees for over 50 years requires someone who has a track record of:

　　successfully recruiting candidates who can adapt and grow with the company and administering all details (from sourcing through onboarding)

　　providing HR support to employees and managers both on and off-site

　　understanding of federal and state employment laws

　　professional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

　　exceptionally strong attention to detail

　　MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

　　Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior experience in Human Resources or a comparable combination of education and experience
