Pay rate range: $42.50/hr to $ 42.50/hr.
6 to 12 month contract

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides HR generalist support to the department as owner and first point of contact of several HR activities to include: New Hire Onboarding Activities, Offboarding Activities, timekeeping support, general employee inquiries
• Administers/coordinates HR projects utilizing best practice project management methodologies: Ability to create and maintain HR project work plans in Excel, MS Project and other project tools, creating interdependencies, success criteria and milestones
• Create and deliver presentations using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management or related field
• 2+ Years minimum of HR experience, preferably in a customer facing role
• 2+ Years experience managing HR projects using project tools
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite experience - advanced PowerPoint and Excel required
• Excellent communication skills to include strong presentation skills and ability to articulate messages in a concise and cohesive manner
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across functional areas within and external to the department; building and maintaining excellent working relationships across the organization with multiple and diverse teams.
Pay Details: $42.50 per hour
