Description

Robert Half's hospitality client is in need of a temporary HR Coordinator. This position is anticipated to last 1-2 months, and requires you to work every other Sunday.

Duties include:

Assist associates whenever possible with requests and/or information. Answer associate questions and/or address associate concerns in a timely manner.

• Assist with biweekly payroll

• Review accuracy of payroll including all deductions and report all discrepancies to Human Resources Director. .

• Assist in the recruiting, screening and reference checks for all positions. Schedule interviews and process related paperwork maintaining applicant flow data.

• Monitor and update job requisitions as required. Communicate job openings internally and externally, via bulletin board postings, and diversity partners.

• Respond to all interviewed applicants via telephone or letter within required time frame.

• Ensure all new hires and existing associates possess proper employment eligibility verifications.

Process benefits enrollments and other functions electronically within eligibility time frame.

• Create and update Human Resources bulletin boards, event flyers and other posting locations as needed.

• Maintain accurate and updated department and associate files.

• Assist with associate relations events and recognition, as needed, e.g. HEI Love Notes, Monthly Town Hall Meetings, Community Service, etc.
