About HR Coordinator

Description

Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department by providing administrative and operational support across various HR functions, including providing dedicated support to the Leave Accommodation Management Team.

Responsibilities:

Process new hire paperwork, including onboarding and benefits enrollment.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Assist with recruitment efforts, such as candidate screening and interview scheduling.

Provide administrative support to HR managers and staff.

Provide dedicated administrative support to the Leave Accommodation Management Team, including:

Production and distribution of correspondence via fax, email, Workday (HRIS) and US Mail.

Assisting in production of reporting.

Maintaining supplies inventory.

Electronic file creation and maintenance.

Monitoring administrative department email accounts and fax lines.

Sorting and distributing incoming department mail.

Project assistance as needed.

Attending team meetings.

Respond to employee inquiries and resolve basic HR issues.

Coordinate employee relations activities, including performance reviews and terminations.

Manage HR calendars and schedule meetings and events.

Prepare reports and maintain HR documentation.

Stay up-to-date on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Leave of Absence, Absence Management, Liaison, Employee Relations, FMLA, Administrative Assistance, Assure Compliance, Audit Reports, Manage Vendor Relationships

Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and highly accurate.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
