Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance & HR Operations, the Human Resources Coordinator will play a
key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources functions related to
personnel.
• Handle the full HR life cycle for all part-time employees from hire to compliance clearance;
• Administer the successful completion of internal and external background checks for employees;
• Track employee progress through the clearance background checks and maintain a tracker with
employee data;
• Support all employees through clearance trainings and fingerprinting;
• Explain organizational policies to all part-time hires;
• Conduct onboarding meetings with all new part-time hires to ensure that they are able to complete
their paperwork effectively and have everything they need for a smooth start;
• Support the day-to-day administration and ad hoc request for part-time employees;
• Ensure all personnel files are complete and compliant with all laws and regulations;
• Support site managers with state inspections;
• Maintain HRIS system;
• Respond to government and other requests concerning current and former employees;
• Onboard and offboard 200+ employees across the fall and summer season.
