Our client is a well-respected non-profit organization making a positive impact in the community. They currently have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to help shape the future of their workforce, supporting the strategies that will drive the company's continued success.

Job Responsibilities:

Advise management on the formulation and administration of HR plans and policies.

Drive recruitment, selection, and retention of highly qualified staff.

Provide insights to guide decision-making related to compensation strategies, employee benefits, and payroll.

Design and run training and development programs in line with company goals.

Facilitate effective implementation of new HR initiatives in the organization.

Assist with conflict resolution and implement a positive discipline process.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a human resources consultant or similar role.

Knowledge of principles and procedures for HR strategic planning and resource allocation.

Strong organizational development and talent management experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HRMS.

Ability to strategize and solve problems.

Knowledge of best practices in non-profit HR.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. Master’s degree and PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in HR consulting role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
