  About the Role

  As an HR Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function by utilizing data analysis and reporting to drive strategic decision-making. This position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance organizational performance and workforce effectiveness. The HR Analyst II will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR professionals, management, and other departments, to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives.

  Responsibilities:

  Data Analysis and Reporting:

  Conduct thorough analysis of HR data, including employee performance, turnover, recruitment, and other relevant metrics.

  Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key HR performance indicators.

  Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to support HR strategies.

  Workforce Planning:

  Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to assess current and future workforce needs.

  Assist in developing workforce planning models to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right positions.

  Compliance and Policy Analysis:

  Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.

  Analyze the impact of policy changes on the organization and recommend adjustments as needed.

  Employee Engagement/MEI Surveys:

  Partner with HR teams and business leaders to develop action plans based on survey results to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

  Talent Analytics:

  Utilize analytics to identify trends related to talent within the business groups supported

  Assist in the development of strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

  Collaboration and Communication:

  Collaborate with HR teams, management, and other departments to ensure effective communication and understanding of HR data and insights.

  Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

  Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

  Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.

  Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

  Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Workday preferred.

  Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team.

  High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
