ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Houseman for Hotel Saint Louis , A Marriott Autograph Hotel you will play a vital role in guest service, support and cleanliness of the property.
Essential Functions:
Sweep and wash floors, vacuum carpet, wash walls, dust furniture and fixtures and clean
Remove trash from work areas to the loading dock/dumpster and remove trash and linen from cleaning carts
Clean escalators and elevator car and tracks
Deliver miscellaneous goods and supplies to guest rooms and deliver linen and supplies to guest
Make up and deliver roll-away beds
Move furniture, and supplies
Comply with The Warrior Hotel standard operating procedures
Laundry is delivered to the Laundry room in a timely fashion
Laundry is sorted, washed, dried and folded properly
Stained linen is treated and re-claimed
Damaged linen is removed from inventory
Laundry is delivered to room attendants Take every opportunity to amaze the guests
Requirements
Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems.
Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 5 hours per day. Walking and standing are required the rest of the working day. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to
