We are seeking an House Manager to join our team at our program in Coraopolis, PA.House Managers are responsible for assisting with the complete operation of a living unit and the developmentally disabled individuals who reside there. The House Managers are responsible for assisting with developing and implementing all facets of home life, as close to a normal family unit as possible. In addition, they must develop an appropriate and wholesome environment within the living unit for all residents. Supervision of this position is provided by the House Manager. They, in turn, provide supervision and evaluation of subordinate staff. Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited program with specialized training is preferred.A minimum of one year's experience in working with the developmentally disabled and/or any combination of education, experience or training deemed appropriate.A current and valid driver's license is required.
