  As a Marketing Manager for the Account, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  Key Responsibilities:

  Developing and executing the annual marketing plan and budget, with the aim of expanding and retaining our market share.

  Collaborating with our sector partners to ensure that our programs meet and surpass corporate standards.

  Orchestrating the implementation of marketing initiatives across various departments, including operations, culinary, and nutrition, to ensure their success.

  Conducting in-depth analysis of customer research, current market conditions, and competitor data.

  Crafting and executing marketing plans and projects for both new and existing accounts.

  Managing marketing activities within budget constraints.

  Monitoring and reporting on return on investment and key performance metrics.

  Undertaking additional duties as assigned.

  Qualifications:

  A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management.

  3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.

  Proficiency in delivering presentations to large groups.

  Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects.

  Proven ability to lead implementation efforts and achieve positive outcomes through teamwork.

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
