ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　• Abide by all Safety regulations and policies

　　• Must wear all required PPE for any task/job currently being performed

　　• Meet all production standards and efficiencies focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost based on current routings/times

　　• Perform daily housekeeping task. Help maintain 5S standards in your work location and whole department

　　• Must be willing to work outside of your current Job Classification and Department as qualified and needed

　　• Load/unload product onto/from conveyor line in the proper sequence as required

　　• Move material to and from paint conveyor area

　　• Set up line as needed to hang product

　　• Relieve employees for break and lunch periods

　　• Keep in constant communication with line suppliers and hook man to coordinate handling of parts

　　• Inspect product prior to hanging and after painting to ensure there are no defects

　　• Follow planned schedules so proper products and quantities are assured

　　• Assist with maintenance and line run problems as needed

　　• Complete all necessary paperwork when working with schedules

　　JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

　　• High School diploma or equivalent

　　• Basic mechanical abilities

　　• Basic mathematical abilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

　　• Organizational and communication skills

　　• Desire to learn new skills and improve knowledge

　　• Strong orientation toward:

　　o Safety, quality, and continuous improvement demonstrated by a work history of safe performance, accuracy and attention to detail in the work performed, constructive problem solving and suggestions for improvement, ability to effectively implement or respond to change, punctuality and consistent work attendance

　　• Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures, including those related to Safety

　　• Basic knowledge of parts, hanging/unloading products, and conveyor limitations

　　PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

　　• Will be working in a manufacturing plant with varying climate

　　• Must be able and willing to work daily and weekly overtime as required

　　• Able to stand continuously for 8 to 10 hours daily

　　• Able to lift, push and/or pull up to 33lbs individually and up to 66lbs as a team

　　• Must be able to see and recognize full color palette

　　• Must be able to continuously perform grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking
