Schedule Details:This positionis a POOL/ As Needed position. Scheduled as needed per openings indepartment. Hours available weekdays and weekends, 4 hour, 8 hour and 12hour shifts available days and PMs. Weekend rotation of 8 hr shifts Satand Sun every third weekend required. Minimum commitment 2 shifts permonth of availability, but more hours available as desired. Must havehome health experience. Full time orientation is preferred but wouldconsider part time orientation. What YouWill Do: The Visit Nurse is a registered nurse who works collaborativelywith patients, nurses, social workers, physicians, other practitioners,caregivers and community agencies in coordinating and overseeing theinterdisciplinary plan of care for a patient in a home care and homehospice environment. Ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonalcommunication and negotiation skills along with strong analytical andcomputer skills. Prior home health is beneficial.
