Position: Home Comfort Dispatch Administrator
Status: Full Time, Hourly
Hourly Rate: $17 - $20
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ' Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Consistently provide excellent customer service.
Maintain customer database with current information.
Conduct clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and customers.
Assist Dispatch Team with outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
Manage and track deficiencies and ensure immediate action is taken to resolve any issues.
Learn and efficiently navigate industry specific software.
RESPONSIBILITIES ' Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Maintain bid accounts with up-to-date contact information, etc.
Create dispatch tickets for all delivery requests.
Assist Delivery Drivers in the field that need assistance and/or information.
Take incoming and make outgoing customer calls when necessary.
Set up new accounts.
Maintain the on call schedule for the Dispatchers where applicable.
Perform work functions within all safety guidelines at all times.
Report to work with minimal absenteeism or tardiness.
Attend job related training and informational seminars as requested.
Perform other job related activities and special projects as assigned.
Comply with company dress code 100% of the time.
Maintain confidentiality 100% of the time in regards to customer and company information.
QUALIFICATIONS ' Qualifications include and are not limited to:
Must be a self-motivated, results driven individual.
Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
2-5 years industry specific experience preferred.
Possess a high school/vocational school diploma or G.E.D. and related certification.
Must have reliable means of travel to and from work.
