About Hiring Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Hiring Logistics Coordinator. This role is crucial in facilitating a seamless and efficient Global Hiring process and Onboarding program, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and internal Quickbase stakeholders.   Responsibilities:

  -Coordinate all interview schedules and logistics for candidates and interviewers

  -Manage Global onboarding coordination with cross functional partners including IT, HR and Operations and all onboarding communication with candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the hiring process

  Assist in the Global Onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and all necessary paperwork. -Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and requirements.

  -Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives virtually or in person.

  -Offer execution within Hirebridge, our applicant tracking system, for our Center Excellence, Contractor Conversion and intern Conversion.

  -Sourcing for business critical roles as needed.

  Basic Requirements:

  At least 2 years of experience in a Recruiting , HR or coordination role.

  At least 2 years of experience with corporate onboarding -At least 2 years of experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  -At least 2 years of candidate and/or new hire management experience

  -At least 2 years of experience collaborating with other internal HR departments, IT and Operations.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Global recruiting or global onboarding experience

  Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities

  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  A detail-oriented focus on delivering a positive candidate experienceEducation and Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
