　　Job Description

　　AECOM is seeking an experienced Highways Manger to work in Lima, Peru.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Performs various management, leadership, and staff responsibilities for the highway design area.

　　Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical tasks for the design of linear infrastructure.

　　Generally requires multidisciplinary engineering knowledge: Layout, pavement, drainage, geotechnical, structures, affected services, traffic, and BIM 360.

　　Plans and develops highway engineering tasks related to unique or controversial problems. This involves exploration of the subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for research and development of novel concepts and approaches and R&D for highways.

　　Maintains contacts with units of the organization, engineering area, and with people inside and outside the project organization.

　　Responsible for acting independently on technical issues related to the field of linear infrastructure.

　　Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience in highway design and equipment management.

　　Works under minimal performance control supervision. Supervision received is essentially economic - administrative and tasks are assigned in terms of time and cost targets and broad overall limits aligned with the strategy of the transportation line of business.

　　Manages a group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating the activities of the road unit.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Civil Engineer with more than+ 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience in highways design or management of transportation civil works.

　　High level of English

　　Preferred Requirements:

　　Civil MSc.

　　15+ years of general experience.

　　10+ years of experience in highways design or management of transportation civil works.

　　Preferable PMP certificate.
