Description Provide advanced technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively. Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues, including network connectivity problems, software conflicts, and hardware malfunctions. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless problem resolution and escalation when necessary. Assist in maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles for common technical issues and resolutions. Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, hardware deployments, and software installations. Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs). Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software applications. Familiarity with remote desktop tools and support. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified detail oriented) a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
