Job Overview:

As a Help Desk Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping solve their technical woes and delivering effective solutions. This involves troubleshooting software/hardware issues, ensuring prompt assistance, bolstering customer satisfaction, and aiding clients in optimizing their experiences.

Role Responsibilities:

Offer technical aid for various applications, internal operating systems, and productivity software.

Address technical support requests via phone and email.

Resolve recurring technical issues at their core.

Implement Standard Operating Procedures and consult Knowledge Base Articles to resolve technical problems.

Manage user accounts in a client-server environment.

Requirements

CompTIA certifications (such as A+, Net+, Sec+) along with industry certifications (i.e. MCP or CCENT) or equivalent education can substitute for experience with IT support ticketing systems and Tier 1 Support.

Proficient problem-solving skills.

Able to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.

Basic understanding of networking concepts.

ServiceNow familiarity, experience with WLAN, and Spanish language skills are an added advantage.
