About Healthcare & Higher Education Industry Solutions - Senior Associate

  As a Healthcare & Higher Education Industry Solutions Senior Associate in Commercial Bank Solutions team, you contribute significantly to your team's success by bringing a deep knowledge of the industry and products, with an understanding of what it takes to bring together all the key elements to ensure coordinated outcomes for our clients and prospects.

  Job responsibilities:

  Collaborates on consulting engagements to understand clients' current processes, challenges, and priorities

  Collaborates with deal teams and management, including Banking and Treasury Officers, to create industry-modified solutions for our clients

  Assists with the development of client and prospect presentations and collateral for both internal and external audiences, while taking ownership of post-client meeting activities

  Researches and analyzes client and industry data to identify process improvement opportunities

  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  3+ years of experience in supporting product solution development and sales within the industry

  Experience transforming data into actionable insights for internal and external client-facing use

  Proven ability to think strategically and transform abstract ideas into an action plan

  Strong focus on delivering product value through effective, iterative cycles of product development
