The position
We offer/ This is a permanent role located in Operational & Maintenance Base in Łeba.
By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:
Drive the implementation and ensure continuous improvement within safety, security, health and working environment as well as sustainability.
Provide support for on-site Health, Security & Environment performance management, including reporting and follow-up of incidents, monitoring programs and self-assessment / verifications.
Ensure that the suppliers perform risk assessment and method statements, HSE monitoring, and incident reporting according to Equinor management system and standards.
Ensure that plans and exercises related to emergency response are conducted and evaluated.
Monitor and audit onshore and offshore activities and collaborate with all site departments & contractors to drive improvements.
Be the on-site Health, Security & Environment responsible into work processes (HSE pre-qualifications, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, preparation and implementation of on-site Safe System of Work, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental Plans, safety cases, operational risk assessments, etc.).
In this position, you will be the professional responsible for the Health, Security & Environment deliverables within Equinor’s Operation & Maintenance projects team, which supports offshore wind assets. This will give you a unique opportunity to contribute towards The Polish energy transformation journey.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Health, Security & Environmental related role, ideally from offshore wind operations or project execution. Other relevant industries will also be considered.
A minimum bachelor's degree, ideally in an engineering or technical field.
Possess Polish license of Occupational Health and Safety Specialist.
Health and Safety focus essential –IOSH, NEBOSH qualification preferable.
Emergency preparedness and response training, including Crisis Management tools, as well as HSE and security auditing and inspection experience.
Proven experience in work at height, lifting operations and electrical safety fields.
Experience in reviewing contractors safety documentation.
Fluency in both Polish and English language is essential.
