It drives the decisionswe make, including the people we choose to join our growing team.Network Health is seeking a Health Insurance Product Coordinator to joinour product development department. The Health Insurance ProductCoordinator is responsible for leading and supporting the annual productlifecycle work and maintaining the relationships between Network Healthand the product-specific supplemental vendors. This consists of workingclosely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute productlifecycle work. This person will act as a liaison between the strategyand product department and other functional areas of the company. TheHealth Insurance Product Coordinator will also develop strong externalrelationships, support implementation, oversee problem resolution,conduct on-going data analysis and facilitate system improvements thatcontinually enhance the member experience. Duties: - Preparerecommendations for annual product changes based on market research,competitive analysis and discussions with internal stakeholders. -Develop, update and coordinate work associated with the annual productrefresh and benefit implementation. - Act as a liaison between strategyand product department and numerous business owners from differentfunctional areas of the company. - Facilitate recurring and ad hocproduct-related meetings. - Lead RFP process and aid in the businesscase development for new prospective vendors. - Participate inimplementation of newly contracted vendors. - Own relationship withproduct-specific supplemental benefit vendors post-implementation,including problem resolution and SLA compliance with contractuallanguage. - Work closely with network development and legal departmentson annual vendor contract renewal. - Report quarterly vendor performancedata to internal stakeholders and develop action plans based on internalfeedback. - Oversight to ensure vendors remain compliant with allregulations, rules, etc. set forth by the Centers for Medicare &Medicaid Services and the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: -Associate\'s degree in a related field or 4 years of related experience.(Bachelor\'s degree preferred) - Four years\' experience in managingeffective internal and external relationships required - Two years\'vendor management experience preferred - Knowledge of health insuranceplan designs preferred Skills: - Excellent verbal, written, facilitationand presentation skills in a variety of settings - Strong organizationalskills - Demonstrated project management skills - Understand memberneeds and offer solutions by leveraging company resources - Experiencedin conflict resolution - Strong interpersonal skills to workcollaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online:https://recruiting.ultipro.com/NET1004/JobBoard/4854471e-f2ab-4bed-a3cd-3f7a1072bfef/OpportunityDetail?opportunityId=770d2b91-540a-41e8-acd3-bb915cf48733
