　　Job Description:

　　Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Engineer/Planner to join our team!

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　This position involves development of planning documents, statements of work, project workplans, economic analysis, and cost estimates for the Government’s review and approval for a variety of major construction projects.What Required Skills You'll Bring:

　　Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred (at least 8 years of Engineering experience)

　　Engineering Project Management and Development

　　Experience in Construction Management

　　Manage the planning and design stages of construction projects

　　Ability to present construction project progress updates

　　Experience in Hospital Construction

　　Experience in RFP Development

　　Skilled in Technical Analysis

　　Comprehension and Design Development of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems

　　Verification of Engineering Calculations

　　What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

　　Familiarity with UFC, NFPA, UFGS

　　Knowledge of Infection Control requirements within medical facilities

　　Experience conducting Design Constructability reviews

　　CHFM certification preferred (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager)

　　Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

　　Secret

　　$92,200.00 - $161,400.00
