Headof Global Program Management, Marketing
We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedprofessional to join our team as the Head of Global Program Management in ourMarketing Team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizingthe execution of marketing programs and product launches to drive businessgrowth and enhance brand visibility for our Point of Care medical devices. Theideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project and program managementskills, analytical abilities, product marketing expertise and leadershipcapabilities.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensiveproject plans for commercial marketing programs and downstream productlaunches, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business strategies inkey markets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing,Product Management and Sales leadership to ensure there is strategic alignment,consistency and transparency for seamless coordination and execution ofprograms and launches.
Performance Analysis: Create dashboardsto monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs and use dataand analytics to make informed decisions and improvements.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuringcost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic priorities.
Risk Management: Evaluating, analyze, and manage programrisks, working closely with our cross-functional team to provide effectivemitigations.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicateprogram updates, achievements, and challenges to key stakeholders including executiveleadership on a regular basis.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends,competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Innovation and Best Practices: Drive innovation indownstream marketing project approaches and incorporate industry best practicesto enhance overall effectiveness.
Required Skills:
8+ years of proven leadership experiencein global program management and marketing roles, demonstrating a deepunderstanding of diverse markets in the medical device industry.
Strong program management experiencein the medical device industry, leading program management for downstreamproduct launches in global markets.
A self-starterwith the ability to drive ideas from concept to completion throughsuperior organizational, project management and leadership skills.
Exceptionalproject management abilities, including prioritization, planning, and execution.
Ability to driveinfluence with senior leadership and execute multi-dimensional global projectswith a broad group of stakeholders including but not limited to sales,marketing, product management, strategy.
Strong strategic thinking and excellentanalytical skills, with an ability to communicate complex data and issues in asimple way.
Expertise in preparing dashboardsand working with data analysis techniques and tools.
Expert user of Microsoft Project andMS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
Outstanding communication,interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a matrixed,geographically diverse, and fast-paced business environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree insciences, Marketing, Business or related field
MBA preferred.

The pay range for this position is $155,284- $214,478 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
