About Head of Communications

  Your Role Will...

  The Manager of Communications will lead and oversee ReSource Pro’s communications efforts and play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the communication strategies across various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for press and media relations, internal communications, analyst relations, and copywriting/editing to support tier 1 content. This is a position with significant influence and impact.

  You will...

  Ensure brand guidelines are being met internally/externally across all communications.

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists, including those that focus on applicable industries.

  Create and execute media strategies to enhance the company's public image.

  Lead internal executive communication efforts to keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with the company's mission and goals. 

  Cultivate relationships with industry experts, analysts and research firms. 

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide information and insights to analysts, ensuring the company's positive representation in industry  reports.

  Oversee the creation and editing of high-quality content for various purposes, including marketing collateral, thought leadership pieces, and client  communications.

  Monitor marketing trends, best practices, and techniques to identify new opportunities.

  Act as a leader and influencer within the organization, guiding communication strategies and initiatives.

   

  What you need to be successful...

   Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, brand marketing, or  related.

  10+ years of experience in communications, PR, or brand marketing

  5+ years’ experience in all aspects of leading and executing a corporate communication  strategy.

  Excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills as well the ability to provide strategic direction/input to our creative team.

  A strong track record as an implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives concurrently.

  Proven experience in communications, public relations, or related roles, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media, analysts, and internal stakeholders.

  Experience with crisis communication and issues management.

  Proficiency in content creation and editing.

  Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional  environment.

  Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills

  Your Compensation…

  Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $72,306-$136,475. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
