  To build on this success, Oracle is looking for a senior executive to drive the AI business across EMEA North, East and West Europe. This regional senior leader will build, develop and guide a dedicated team of senior AI sales professionals, define the GTM strategy for AI in EMEA North, East and West. This leader will be an integral part of the EMEA AI Leadership team.

  Description

  Reporting directly to the VP Compute & Cloud Innovation EMEA, the Head of AI – North, East and West Europe, will be responsible for leading a team of AI sales talents covering Oracle AI portfolio including AI infrastructure (GPU IaaS), Machine Learning Data Science, AI Services and Gen AI services, and oversee a high-growth region with a focus on driving strong bookings and cloud revenue.

  This senior leader will be responsible for the success of a large high-growth region composed of Enterprise and Large enterprise accounts across industries such as Life Science, Finance and Manufacturing. This regional senior leader will collaborate closely with the country leadership, HQ engineering leaders, executives at partners, and other senior stakeholders to deliver against Oracle’s EMEA AI strategy and ambitions and to exceed revenue targets.

  Sales Leadership responsibilities:

  Hire, develop and manage and develop a team of senior AI sales executives in targeted countries

  Build relationship and work closely with senior sales and technical Oracle leadership in region, country and at HQ.

  Set strategy and objectives, review the performance of the team members, provide adequate coaching, support, and take actions as needed to ensure sales and KPI targets are met.

  Build go-to-market, sales pursuit strategy, and reporting structure and cadence for the AI regional organisation,

  Develop pipeline throughout the sales cycle, ensure adequate use of planning/reporting tools in a timely fashion.

  Act as an evangelist and leading industry figure for the Oracle AI domain in the market as well as internally

  Identify and exploit marketing activities and campaigns that support the achievement of commercial objectives.

  Engage with executives at relevant Oracle Partners to develop mutual success in the targeted countries.

  Act as executive sponsor at strategic customers and maintain exec relationship with key collaborators.

  Required Skills/Experience

  What You’ll Bring

  Minimum 15 years experience in leading high-performing sales / consulting teams in a technology company (ideally one of the top cloud hyper scalers in M2 capacity)

  Real-life experience building an organization from the ground-up, and exceeding results in Cloud business,

  Proven experience engaging at C-level, and building long-term relationship in fortune 500,

  Proven experience winning large data, GenAI and AI cloud projects (over $10M revenue), and successful delivery,

  Understanding of cloud and AI trends and ability to constantly learning and upskilling.

  Strong understanding of the ISV, AI and Cloud ecosystem

  Leading by example and inspiring excellence, and a passion for coaching and developing teams of talent
