How about sharing that passion with others The Stateline YMCA is currently hiring a part-time Gymnastics Coach for our Beloit Gymnastics Center. 　　KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Instruct/coach gymnastics lessons in accordance with YMCA guidelines, having prepared lesson plans accordingly

　　Build effective, authentic relationships with participants and parents; help them connect with each other and the YMCA. Encourages parent involvement and identifies potential volunteers

　　Convey information on gymnastics programs and schedules and, as appropriate, refer participants and parents to other programs

　　Maintain records as required (i.e. attendance, progress reports, etc.)

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Education

　　High school diploma or equivalent required

　　1-2 years' related experience preferred

　　Skills

　　CPR, First Aid and AED certification and/or experience a plus

　　Ability to maintain positive presence in the facility

　　Prior knowledge/experience of gymnastics skills preferred
