About Guest Service Agent - Hilton Orlando

  TheHilton Orlando (https://thehiltonorlando.com/about/), a vibrant resort hotel in the heart of Orlando’s International Drive and connected to the South side of the Orlando Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway, is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to join their front office team!A Guest Service Agent is responsible for guest service delivery, to include processing hotel check-ins, hotel checkouts, orienting guests to the hotel, and responding to guest inquiries in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

  Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work both morning and evening shifts, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed

  Pay Rate: $18.45 per hour, plus potential for additional income through upselling!

  What will I be doing?

  As a Guest Service Agent, you would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, to include checking in and checking out guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  Welcome, check-in, and orient arriving guests to the hotelChecking out guests and processing payments on-accountRespond to guest inquiries in-person, email, and telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerProvide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinationsEnsure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractionsAssist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationshipsProvide or obtain accurate informationWhat are we looking for?
