  About the Role

  Uber for Business brings the power of Uber to organizations, their employees and customers those businesses serve. While we already serve 170k global organizations, including 60% of the Fortune 500, we are continuing to invest to win the business segment, with bold plans to grow and become an increasingly significant and profitable part of Uber's business.

  As the U4B Project Manager at Central Operations, the goal is to lead projects that fuel the full potential in Latin America. Acting as a dedicated operational support, play a key role in driving innovation and critical initiatives, making a significant impact, presence and influence in the LatAm market.

  What you'll do:

  Partner U4B and LatAm Mobility: Incorporate the Biz Customer into the overall consumer strategy by supervising business segment behavior and surfacing insights on how they engage with Mobility products, aligning U4B's plans and priorities to LatAm Mobility goals, and establishing regular cadences and interaction models to ensure LatAm Mobility is involved in strategic planning, prioritization and operational or marketplace decisionsProduct Rollout & Configuration (Vehicle Views): Own the Operations side creation and modification of vehicle views needed to enable U4B products to be rolled out in the region.Rider Experience & Marketplace Health: Ensure efficient rider experience and product reliability by improving marketplace health (high driver acceptance rate, low cancellations), efficiency (high C/SS, low ETAs), and addressing any potential issues caused by mis configurations.Support Sales Team: Serve as the link between Central Ops, Local Ops and our Sales Team to flag and address the issues affecting our key clients, specially mis configurations, and supply efficiency. Conduct deep dives on top accounts to help the team extract more value from their books. Data extraction. Ad-hoc Analytics and Data Pulls for U4B.Pricing / Fares: Act as gatekeeper for all pricing decisions and changes that could impact U4B product portfolio; responsible for executing & maintaining pricing configurations.

  What you'll need:

  3 years of experience in Project Management.Proficient in data analysis using Excel, Sheets & SQLProactive attitude with a strong focus on results and taking ownership of projects.Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.Solid business sense and great communication skills.Effective interpersonal and project management skills; capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.Teamwork, work across different cross functional teams.Product sense, know what makes a product experience not just good, but outstanding. Work cross-functionally with teams to build partner integrations that delight users and drive measurable impact.

  Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
