Job Description
This role is a key member Aramark?s Workplace Experience Group (WXG) line of business? Growth Enablement Team, aligned with efforts to drive growth through retaining and winning business. This person will be responsible for ensuring all projects are tracked, on time and on budget.
The Workplace Experience Group Project Manager is the day-to-day relationship facilitator and strategic partner for the Workplace Hospitality and Lifeworks Growth team of talent. This role leads all WXG sales-related projects as the main point of contact for the sales leaders to coordinate progress with the BRC, track proposals / presentations, monitor due dates to send notifications to the project teams, manage client and internal deliverables, and create project plans in coordination with growth leaders.
This role works with leadership to understand the short- and long-term sales funnel and prioritize project resources, timing, and budget.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external resources as needed to accomplish department goalsMeet the details of bid schedulesManage, develop and support sales proposals, RF(x) documents, presentations, client reports, and internal and external collateral materials for Workplace Experience GroupFacilitate effective communication to clarify expectations on a wide range of deliverablesEnsure quality throughout draft, editorial, and production phasesPrioritize and determine resourcing on projects based on skills, abilities, capacity, existing relationships, and project outcomesAdhere to proven repeatable project management processes while continually identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiencies, process, and workstream management

Scope
Consistently ensure all project deadlines are met while managing multiple leadership and requestor prioritiesAssist in the integrity, coordination and organization of shared electronic files Understand, monitor, and proactively support the Workplace Experience Group sales funnelSolicit regular feedback to identify areas of opportunity for improvement within the business processTranslate business requests to the wider team to ensure projects are properly planned, resourced and executedAssist the Workplace Experience Group Growth Enablement team with sales, operations, and internal support materials using templated forms, documents, charts, graphs, and lettersHigh level of organizational skills, time management abilities and detail oriented are a mustContinually improve and demonstrate best practices to peers, clients, and organizationUpdates the Growth Enablement Team webpage on Aramark.net
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years relevant professional project management and/or marketing experiencePossess an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with the Adobe Creative SuiteInDesign and Smartsheet experience preferredHave experience with project management tools, CRM/Salesforce, and other relevant softwareBe able to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented, and deadline-driven environmentChampion the processes of existing and future project management solutions and processesAccommodate non-traditional work hours in response to business needs, capacity, and deadlinesPossess a positive, can-do attitude with a deep desire to constantly be looking to improve processesDemonstrate an ability to engage and interact effectively with team members, company leadership at all levels, contractors, and subject matter expertsEmploy exceptional project management skills, with the ability to multi-task while still maintaining quality of work and meet deadlinesHave excellent verbal and written communication skills
