　　Employer: The New York Racing Association, Inc., 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417.

　　Worksite: 267 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

　　Duties: Replace, fill divots and holes for racetrack using seed/soil mix; install portable turf rail; operate zero turn, walk-behind mowers, trimmers and turf rollers near thoroughbred horses. Portable turf rails are lightweight plastic. Therefore, the tools used to install the portable turf rails are a post pounder to tap the rail into place as well as long tape measures and paint to mark the area. A "post pounder" is essentially a large, weighted hammer.

　　Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, 40 hours/week at $19.01/hour. Possible OT at $28.52/hour.

　　No education required. 3 months of experience required.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Thursday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
