Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Graphic Designer 3.Responsibilities:
Graphic Designer 3 will plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communication problems
Partner with marketing leads in the delivery of strategic and conceptual work that supports the Microsoft employer brand story, messaging, and value prop
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, review, and QA creative deliverables
Communicate the why behind design proposals and concepts in alignment to brand identity and vision
Create design solutions and systems for the implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns -digital, social, event materials, print ads, email templates, videos, and career site
As a Graphic Designer 3, you will design and develop creative templates and presentations
Find ways to solve for UX problems, developing wireframes and prototypes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Associate's degree in Design and/or certificate in Graphic Design required; Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred
5-7 years of experience required
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus
Expertise in use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft PowerPoint and Figma
Strong body of work that illustrates design range and ability to create visual systems
Basic ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, motion graphics and video editing
Basic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
