Job Description
Be part of the team that will enable you to gain insightful experience in the engineering role within the supply chain. As a Graduate Engineer in the team, you will be contributing actively to support what the team does:
Design and synchronize the networks and processes that move raw materials and supplies into production facilities, transform them into finished goods, and distribute products to customer markets.
Roles can include maintaining quality standards and systems, creating relevant specifications to minimize variability and subjectivity to align with operational and supplier capability requirements.
Defines material inspection metrology and methodology.
Conducts studies relative to cost control, material and equipment performance and interactions, process controls and production yield.
Implements plans and programs to optimize supply chain for direct and indirect materials, capital equipment, collaterals, spares and service.
Works with suppliers to define requirements and holds suppliers accountable for their manufacturing process flow to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield and manufacturability requirements.
Leads excursion management, drives continuous process and quality improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology, computer science or related field.
Must have completed course study and have obtained results of final examinations. It is alright to be waiting for convocation.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and its application
Knowledge of Power BI, statistics/ data analytics and tools

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
