Essential Responsibilities

Grid level Quality process management, including Non Conformity (NC) management, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process development., Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) process dev., Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process competence development, and supplier quality process development.

Data Analytics approach for quality with needed process tools evolution

Digital quality road-map owner

Change management continuous improvement adapted to the evolving business needs

Drive continuous improvement of quality processes tools with lean mindset based on identified performance gaps and product service evolution

Provide leadership, support, and technical guidance to the GRID leadership team to assure Grid Solutions quality process development

Work collaboratively inside and outside GE to identify and leverage best practices to update quality strategy delivering on improvements of Grid Solutions competitive level

Leadership of HQ Quality EHS team in line with GE leadership values Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering.

Minimum of 7 years of quality leadership experience with senior leadership experience in quality management in projects and/or manufacturing and engineering
