Job Purpose/Overview:
Fluke Reliability is currently seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager focused on the provision of complete solutions for proactive maintenance workflows, from Azima DLI’s Watchman 360 , Pruftechnik’s condition monitoring and alignment solutions, through to eMaint’s EAM. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Fluke Reliability Product Marketing, this role acts as the conduit between the product management team and the marketing and sales teams.
The Global Product Marketing Manager for Fluke Reliability is responsible for uncovering customer and competitive insights that drive marketing action , delivering those findings cross-functionally, partnering with product managers to develop product roadmaps and customer buying journeys, creating the strategic marketing plans for new product introductions (NPIs), developing compelling messaging for the portfolio of products , software & services, coordinating with commercial & wider marketing stakeholders to align on marketing priorities across regions (EMEA, APAC, and the Americas), collaborating with marketing peers to develop assets and execute against campaigns in line with team RACIs, and generally acting as the product line and customer expert within marketing.
This position is a remote position and based in EMEA.
Responsibilities:
Marketing ownership for global, go-to-market strategy for new product introductions
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including, product management, digital marketing, brand and communications, field marketing, sales, and services teams to support and execute the go-to-market plans (content generation, digital marketing tactics, channel programs/promotions, partnerships, sales, events, PR activities, etc.).
Build product positioning, naming (in 100% alignment with Brand & Comms Team), value propositions, and core messaging that align with strategy, resonate with customers, tell a story, and effectively differentiate Fluke Reliability in the market.
Create detailed marketing plans and work in concert with the wider marketing team to plan, schedule and deliver campaigns.
Partner with product management & sales to conduct market and customer research.
Own the creation process for global marketing and sales collateral (one-pagers, battle cards, datasheets, sales decks/materials, web copy, and more) that clearly articulates the value of the relevant portfolio offering(s).
Communicate with finance and product management to maintain the overall NPI budget globally, providing budget recommendations to support forecasting of expenses and tracking of actuals.
Establish and use daily management to track KPIs and make key decisions based on data.
Have a genuine passion for understanding customers and what drives them to make purchase decisions. Ability to keep up with the pulse of industry trends to discover obstacles and new opportunities that could impact our business.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of product or technical marketing experience in a B2B organization, preferably hardware & software.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Broad understanding of various marketing and campaign strategies and tactics.
Excellent communicator (verbal and written), who can engage and influence at all levels.
Ability to scope, manage and continuously reprioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong time and workload management skills, setting clear expectations with leaders and partners.
Experience using PowerBI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or other data visualization tools to tell data-driven stories.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment at a global scale.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes; prior experience in product concept testing, message A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Robust experimentation mindset, not afraid to fail fast and learn fast.
Critical thinker with strong writing, storytelling, presentation development & delivery skills.
Experience writing copy with SEO and social media in mind.
Flexibility in working with different time zones.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Preferred Qualifications:
7 + years of product marketing experience in both B2B organizations
MBA or Master’s degree in marketing or product management field
Strong background in SaaS marketing strategies and tactics
Experience in customer research – both quantitative and qualitative
Experience in a global marketing role
Technical content writing experience
