Job Description
This position is a liaison for global manufacturing. This role will lead such things as global process owners ensuring sound manufacturing practices across multiple facilities. Responsibilities would include:
Standing up an leading a global process team
Determinining best practices and implementing best practice sharing
Working with our capital team to ensure capital planning aligns to global manufacturing roadmaps
Leading work transition between facilities
Standing up low cost manufacturing centers to meet business needs
Performing gap analysis on capabilty vs business need at various locations
Includes frequent travel to our Guaymas Mexico facility
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Technical field and 10 years work experience or equivalent.
Candidate will be able to interface with manufacturing engineers at multiple sites to develop common practices.
Must have experience in electrical product manufacturing including circuit card manufacturing.
Must have demonstrated critical thinking ability and ability to manage and lead a multifunction project.
Must have ability to travel domestically as well as internationally.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
10 years in Aerospace manufacturing
Experience with manufacturing in Mexico
6 sigma black belt
Lean Manufacturing training/experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $111780 - $189990

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
