Traveler Experience (TX)is seeking a* Global Operations Director*
Provides leadership to a group of managers; may also manage team leads.
_Position Description_
· Talent planning to ensure talent needed for future
· Leads change and drives employee/leader engagement through effective communications
· Uses data to monitor site/team performance and trends, creates action plans as necessary to ensure sustained performance
· Business Leader
· Responsible for the delivery of all traveler experience services within a defined geography or for large customer group(s) delivering within the budgeted cost structure
· Introduces and implements new ways of working and future-thinking models and solutions

Experience & education://
