Based in Manila, Philippine Branch location, you will play a significant role in upholding the Supply Chain Global Logistics team’s function of consistently providing excellent operational support by working on identified logistics systems for our top products and solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible in:
Owning and implementing the global freight claims process for SYSS Logistics.
Driving and running rate request-related activities (spot or long-term rate) amongst SYSS sites, carriers, and the Operations Support team.
Linking with carriers about the updated service level agreement.
Collaborating with shipment logistics that covers, bookings, tracking, and issue resolution.
Establishing a long-term business relationship with SYSS iCenters, Distributions Centers, and Customers by persistently providing excellent logistics support.
Seeing opportunities to reduce cost through efficient mode and carrier selection for SYSS shipments.
Assisting in the rollout of new awards in line with the results and schedules of the by-mode transportation bids.
Performing analytics from data collection from different sources.
Ensuring the availability of carrier reports from parcel carriers
OTM data collection for ground and heavy air
Global TRAX and Desktop Shipping
Serving as backup to the North America and Latin America Logistics Specialist.
Ensuring Dell Canada and international orders are shipped to end users from Emerson-Knoxville/Fisher Rosemount Systems Inc.
Processing Dell orders in the TSE System, and Emerson LATAM on hand tracking
Collaborating with other customers to integrate logistics with company processes.
Driving the monthly SYSS Logistics identified measures and results for global, regional, and local customer updates.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining the relevant innovative tools and standard reporting that aid in process improvements for SYSS Logistics.
Recommending and supporting process improvements within the function and in the department.

For this role, you will need:
Graduate of a 4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, transportation, logistics, business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics, Warehouse Administration, or similar roles.
Knowledgeable of logistics software or transport management systems.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI and SharePoint)
Has development experience in Power BI or SharePoint.
Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Proven presentation skills at different levels, both internally and externally.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction with strong collaborative skills.
Amenable to work in North America time zone or shifting schedule.
