  Then come and join our global HR Operations team as Global HR Process Architect (f/m/d) to help shape the future of our HR Ecosytem.

  Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

  Your tasks and responsibilities:

  Create a target architecture in partnership with the Technical HR Architecture in accordance to the vision and strategy of Healthineers global HR

  Review and optimize global HR processes, ensuring they are efficient and scalable

  Identify opportunities for process automation and digitization to enhance operational effectiveness

  Responsible to ensure process flow between the various domains of HR, in order to gain business value and fulfill the business needs

  Ensure seamless integration between processes and systems to enable best-in-class employee experience

  Alignment with the Technical HR Architecture to ensure overall fit of implementation, considering dependencies with other initiatives

  Clarify business requirements and support the creation of user stories together with various stakeholders, e.g. Global Process Owners and IT-Business Analysts

  Analyze and evaluate business and IT requirements with Product Owners (functional, non-functional)

  Assess Data Privacy and IT Security requirements and ensure necessary security features into solution architecture, mitigate risks by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective measures

  Consult stakeholders, e.g. Technical Solution Architecture, regional HR teams, CoE leaders

  Present solutions to the relevant stakeholders

  Develop an architecture governance approach based on business and IT strategies and useful reference architecture standards and educate stakeholders accordingly

  Analyze industry and market trends to determine potential impact upon the corporate HR function

  Consult IT and business leaders

  Your qualifications and experience:

  You have an university degree in HR, Business, IT or related fields

  You have many years of experience within the HR IT field of work

  Detailed knowledge of data architecture concepts

  Proven experience of process design, optimization and implementation

  Your attributes and skills:

  Pragmatic problem solver with analytical approach to complex problems and structures, able to apply a strategic mindset

  Effective communicator and relationship builder

  Continuous learner about new frameworks, technologies and solutions

  Collaborative and Consultative approach

  Solution Orientation

  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  Fluent English language skills

  Depending on the experience and qualifications background of the applicant, task enrichment into the area above the general pay scale is possible.
