　　Requirements

　　You have successfully obtained and maintained an active Top-Secret clearance, as in-person site visits will be needed for forming and maintaining relationships with employees (i.e., Springfield, VA, St. Louis, MO and Denver, CO)

　　6+ years of robust GEOINT experience for facilitation and assisting of Talent Management—providing Talent Acquisition team with bridging any necessary gaps during process of staffing for positions that requires of in-depth knowledge, history and objectives of GEOINT concepts and missions.

　　5+ years of versatile leadership experience— durable ability to oversee employee needs, concerns, and career pathways. Daily tasks will include documentation of employee performance, reviewing of accurate timecards and ensuring of billables.

　　Well-organized, eager and growth mind-set in order to assist XTS with maintaining and enhancing Capstone Documents on prior performance and participating in Technical Review for Proposals.
