　　Job Description: Case Farms in Canton, OH, has multiple full-time openings for General Laborers.

　　Performs direct tasks involved in the production of Case Farms products in the Debone Department. Performs tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Lead. Must handle extremely cold chicken, handle a knife and/or scissors to make precision cuts and remove the bone from the meat.

　　Displays work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible, maintains a clean and safe work area, remains available to work in all areas of production and performs other related duties as required.

　　Qualifications: Must be able to work with/in front of moving machinery, have excellent balance and coordination, be able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds, etc. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. There will be high noise levels, wet littered floors, spraying water and very cold temperatures.

　　[]{#_Hlk155255886}Details: Full time. 1st, 2nd Shifts. 40 to 50 hours/week. Monday through Saturday. $14.00/hour (1st Shift), $15.00/hour (2nd Shift). New hires earn an additional $1.00/hour attendance bonus starting the week after completing orientation. Earn up to an additional $2.50/hour with weekly performance incentive bonus. New hires earn a $750 sign-on bonus after 6 months. Rehires are eligible to receive a $750 referral bonus after referring a new person.
