　　A. Perform different jobs in the production/FSQA department as a relieffor vacations,

　　absenteeism, etc. Jobs performed my include, but are not limited to,

　　Breader/Batter Operator, Fryer Operator, Marination Attendant, Formax

　　Operator, Blender Operator, Bagger Operator, Breader Dumper, Grinder

　　Operator, Ingredients Mixer, Machine Operator, Stacker( with lifting upto 75 lbs),

　　or Utility. ( See appropriate Job Descriptions)

　　B. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination

　　C. Must be able to work in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less)

　　D. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

　　II. List muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.

　　A. Use hands, arms, legs, back and shoulders to push V-mags (appx. 350lbs)

　　B. Must be able to bend to push v-mag.

　　C. Must use eyes to see.

　　D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2hours)

　　E. Must use hands, arms and fingers to grasp product and equipment,record

　　information on paperwork and adjust settings on machines.

　　F. Must use back, legs and arms to lift breader bags/tubs of meat (appx90 lbs)

　　Will be required to lift up to 70 lbs. repetitively for 8 hours

　　III. List types of equipment required to operate for the position.

　　Breader/batter machine

　　Fryer

　　Vacuum Tumblers

　　Formax

　　IV. List any minimum education, certification(s), diploma(s), ortechnical

　　expertise required to perform the job functions.

　　Must be able to read and write
