As a General Handyman at Superior, you'll be responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and other projects, and will work closely with account managers to ensure that every job is done to perfection. Applicants should be able to perform one or more of the following: blinds, carpentry, deck repairs, demolition, doors, windows, drywall, painting, fences, light plumbing, light electrical, pressure washing, punch list repairs, siding, roofing, lawn service, landscaping, appliance repair, gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, laminate countertops, insulation, tile, dryer vent cleaning, refinishing (tubs, sinks, countertops),

Responsibilities

Perform general handyman services including but not limited to ligh electrical, light plumbing, drywall, minor repairs, carpentry and more.

Inspect and diagnose problems and determine best course of action for making necessary repairs and staying within budget

Work efficiently and effectively individualy and communicate effectively with account mangers and dispatchers

Provide feedback to management about any issues that arise on the job site

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in general handyman work

General Liability Preferred

Experience in a variety of trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

Ability to operate a variety of power and hand tools effectively and safely

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure

Must have reliable transportation, tools and be able to travel between job sites

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

Living currently in the U.S
