　　Key AccountabilitiesWilling to Cross Train in multiple processes within Work SupportCopy, scan, fax and file various record typesCreate work orders in the work management system (WMS)Assist in the creation of the work order packagesCasbuilt completed work orders in the Work Management system (Maximo, etc).Order office supplies! AribaProcess One-Call requests.Handle internal and external customer calls.Process check requests.Process various invoices.Perform other assigned duties in support of Operations.Create / Record incoming and completed work on Microsoft Word, and Excel spreadsheet.Time Entry- including proficient understanding of the various labor contracts and their applicationEnter payroll such as shift pay, Sunday premium., etcCorrection of payroll errors.Data entry into various Data Bases ( Ex:CW, etc)Permit applications

　　QualificationsMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel (ex: Pivot Tables)Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.Must have interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers as well as inbound telephone experienceMust have excellent clerical and administrative skills Must have ability to perform multiple tasks.Must be able to work independently and as part of a teamWilling to work early morning hours if required
