[Gaming Manager Job Duties

　　[The Gaming Manager is responsible for the conducting of bingo games and pull-tab sales under State of Alaska charitable gaming statutes under the direction of Old Town Bingo's governing committee.Hourly position to include afternoon/evenings and possible Saturday shifts. Weekly hours typically range from 30 to 40 hours per week. Candidate must have prior experience at a gaming establishment in the State of Alaska and pass the State Gaming Test. Driver's License is required to perform job duties.

　　[Major areas of responsibility are as follows but not limited to:

　　[Hiring and firing, ensure adequate staffing of bingo hall and pull-tab room.[Collect and submit new employee paperwork to bookkeeper.[Oversee employee schedule in cooperation with assistant manager.[Review employee timesheet and submit to bookkeeper.

　　[Banking to include deposits, cashing daily bingo checks, and maintaining banking supplies.[Deposit dauber and mania food sales monthly and submit to Oilers office staff.[Collect and redeposit NSF checks.[Check mail.[Mail outgoing bills and payroll quarterlies.

　　[Review daily paperwork and make copies for bookkeeper[Print Z report[Make envelopes[Filing

　　[Pull finished pull-tab games.[Maintain pull-tab books.[Inventory pull-tabs and bingo paper monthly.[Pull quarterly reports for Mania and Bingo (schedule D pull-tab report).[Help prepare for and participate in annual financial review.

　　[Review prize payouts and promotions periodically (quarterly or as frequently as necessary) to ensure compliance with State allowable expense limits.[Keep a steady social media presence with variety of content for social media feeds highlighting promotions and giveaways.

　　[Order all supplies.[Ensure bingo hall cleaning is done per rent agreement.[Shop for prizes and giveaways.[Pack paperwork to store.[Pull and shred outdated records.
