Engage with our sophisticated advisors focusedon understanding the practice operations and advisor client engagementfor documenting the business process maps and storyboards /journey mapsAnalyze the industry landscape for client management that includeswealth management awareness and a subject matter expert Assist thebusiness priority lead in developing a point of view on future stateexperiences Qualifications: Advanced degree in Business, finance orrelated field or an equivalent combination of education, fieldexperience and/or progressively responsible work experience. Minimum 10years of progressively responsible experience working closely with afinancial services distribution system in a consulting capacity withability to build relationships and gain traction Strong leadership,vision and strategy, decision-making and team-building skills. Highlevel of credibility with the Network Offices and field managementincluding excellent platform skills. In depth knowledge of thedistribution system, Network Office operations, Northwestern Mutual\'sproducts, marketing approaches and sales and career cycle Strongcommunication skills with ability to motivate a wide variety ofaudiences.
