　　Job Description

　　Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and related work papers for U.S. generally accepted accounting principles for a group of parallel real estate funds and underlying holding companies.

　　Review of quarterly and annual real estate investment valuations.

　　Planning and coordination of fund level, holding company, and property level workpapers and schedules for external auditors and tax preparers.

　　Preparation of the quarterly fund cash basis reports.

　　Preparation of the fund level cash promote schedule and limited partner distributions.

　　Preparation of quarterly fund level asset management fees and acquisition fees.

　　Preparation of fund level asset management fee and acquisition fee projections.

　　Review of quarterly REIT compliance reporting and testing schedules.

　　Supervise Staff to ensure timely and accurate property-level financial statements are completed including, all material transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, financings and restructurings have been reported accurately on a fair market GAAP basis and all asset level distributions/promote calculations are in accordance with joint venture documents.

　　Coaching, mentoring and development of assigned Staff.

　　Assist with other ad-hoc projects as requested.
