　　Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm No Weekends or Holidays

　　Responsibilities:

　　· Updating and filing patients’ medical records, filling out insurance forms, arranging for hospital admissions and laboratory services, answering telephones, greeting patients, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, handling billing and bookkeeping, and purchase and maintain supplies and equipment.

　　· Taking medical histories, recording vital signs, explaining treatment procedures to patients, collect and prepare laboratory specimens and/or swab testing, perform basic laboratory tests on the premises, dispose of contaminated supplies, sterilize medical instruments, arrange examining room instruments and equipment, clean and organize waiting and examining rooms, instruct patients about medications and special diets, authorize drug refills as directed, telephone prescriptions to a pharmacy and prepare patients for x-rays. Duties vary according to what is allowed by state law.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　· Current flu vaccine

　　· EMT CERT/CNA or MA diploma

　　· 1 year of experience preferred

　　· EPIC experience preferred
