　　Full Stack Lead Developer will be based out of our Bangalore, India location, plays a key role in Developing Managing applications development for Digital Marketing organization that provide the right recommendations and magnificent experience to customers, enabling the right lead management to Business customers enabling them to concert maximum leads to orders.

　　Help Customer Marketing with tools and applications for generating most valid and maximum potential leads resulting in higher revenue.

　　What will you do

　　The Software Engineering Lead will lead multi-functional team of Full Stack Java Developers, product owners, scrum masters, Data Engineers, and Power BI Analysts to deliver extraordinary Digital Marketing solutions.

　　Will guide teams of highly skilled software developers, ensuring excellent execution of Agile/SCRUM processes and repeatable, predictable, and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

　　Participate in and own the design and development of new software and/or extensive software revisions.

　　Work with product owner to define functional requirements and priorities then create user-stories, designs, and development tasks to be delegated to the team. Lead all aspects of successful conclusion to sprints and releases.

　　Represent the team in cross-organizational development forums as well as customer requirements gathering and software validation and training sessions.

　　Lead team to give solid designs, solutions, development, and operations for Digital Marketing applications.

　　Employ continuous improvement methodologies, customer first mentality, improve efficiency, and make recommendations using relevant critical metrics.

　　Collaborate with Architects, Solution Owners, and Program Managers to develop a long-term roadmap with achievable estimates; ensure Engineering priorities are included in the roadmap.

　　Working in fast-paced environment, self-directed, and run concurrent priorities.

　　How will you get here

　　Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent is required.

　　Having Certifications in Agile or project management is desirable.

　　Experience

　　Minimum 10+ years of proven track record in designing and building highly scalable, maintainable, secure, and robust applications/products using Java/J2EE frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, React, Angular etc.

　　Good knowledge of web 2.0 technologies including use of OO, Ajax, JS libraries (e.g., Java Script/jQuery/DOJO/ etc.) Strong understanding of browser compatibility issues.

　　Valid experience of 3+ years with frameworks like spring, hibernate, jpa and databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL

　　Experience of Cloud-based applications using AWS is an added advantage.

　　Working experience in AEM 6.0+ implementation is desirable.

　　Micro services development build and deployment experience with CICD build pipeline.

　　Practical experience with team level of Agile development practices (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), in Scrum Master and/or Product Owner roles.

　　Knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing is added advantage.

　　Hands on coding experience, and if need be, can jump into the code and help team find the RCAs/Fixes.

　　Ability to work directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and understand products.

　　Ability to outline product development roadmaps to verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of product architecture.

　　Strong Estimation, Planning (Resource, Capacity), Agile and Scrum methodology skills.

　　Experience in interacting with multi-functional teams including Program, Product, Business customers and relevant team members.

　　Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

　　Ability to work with multi-functional teams from multiple regions/ time zones by effectively demonstrating multi-form communication (Email, MS Teams for voice and chat, meetings)
